Hi, I'm Debra Sinclair and I'm the Founder of Liquid Mango Consulting and I truly believe social media is about creating highly personalised and engaging experiences at the moments that have the greatest impact.

To build an active and engaged community on social media is no different to establishing a relationship in your personal life. You need to listen, respect, understand, and personally connect with people before trust and relationships are formed.

Every business needs a solid foundation from which their online presence, social media community, and business can grow and develop.

When I started Liquid Mango in 2011, I noticed many brands using social media to broadcast and talk about themselves. They were using social media as a self-promotional tool rather than a customer service tool to connect and communicate meaningfully with their audience. So I decided I wanted to show businesses how to authentically communicate with their community, build better relationships and increase community engagement on social media because by doing this, they’d build trust and be able to deliver better outcomes for their businesses.

I’m incredibly passionate about great communication and engagement and have been for over 20 years. I have a Masters Degree in Communication Management and have been featured in The Huffington Post AustraliaWomen Love TechWomen In Focus, INTHEBLACK, and 50 Unsung Business Heroes. I have worked in the media, event management, communications, and in public relations developing communications strategies, sharing extraordinary stories and building brands.

Since starting Liquid Mango, I’ve had the opportunity to work with clients in the health and wellness, human resources, business coaching, public relations, marketing, hospitality, robotics, building, and property industries with dramatic results, including increased community engagement, brand awareness, customer service, customer loyalty, productivity and inbound traffic.

        A.Once you enrol in the course you will have access to all the content upfront for a period of  six months from the date of your enrolment.

      • Q.Can I enrol at any time?

        A.Yes, you can enrol in Social Media Magnetism at any time.

        A.No. We understand our clients like to learn at their own pace so with this in mind you will have access to all the content as soon as you enrol in the program.

      • Q.What is the best way to do the training to get results?

        A.We recommend that you start the training from the very beginning as the lessons have been designed so they flow from one to the next. Starting from the beginning will allow you to maximise the implementation process and provide you with the best value from the training.

      • Q.How many hours will I need to allocate for the training?

        A.There are 12 lessons in Social Media Magnetism and the program was designed to complete one lesson (and the relevant work) every week for 12-weeks. We understand that everyone has different schedules and learning styles which is why we provide access to the content up front. You could complete the training in two weeks or spread it out over the six month period. It depends on your schedule and how soon you’d like to start working on getting results in your business.

      • Q.Is the course suitable for beginners?

        A.Social Media Magnetism is designed for business owners who have been using social media in their business for a minimum of 12-months and are at the stage where they want to deepen relationships with their online community. This training isn’t suitable for beginners as a prior level of social media knowledge is required.

      • Q.Do you offer a payment plan?

        A.Yes. You can either pay $997 (incl. GST) in full and save $167. Or you can pay three consecutive monthly payments of $388.

      • Q.Can I cancel my enrolment?

        A.All registrations for our course are final and cannot be cancelled by you.

      • Q.Do you offer refunds?

        A.All fees paid in association with your registration in our course are non-refundable unless we are required to do so under the Australian Consumer Law.
